1. Service Overview
SR Tech Solution provides out-of-warranty washing machine and refrigerator repair services across Bangalore.
Our services include:
- Doorstep inspection
- Repair and maintenance
- Replacement of spare parts
- General servicing
We offer onsite service only.
2. Service Booking & Payment
- Customers can book a service through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp inquiry.
- Visiting charges and repair costs will be informed before starting any work.
- Payment must be made after the service is completed.
- Payments can be made through cash, UPI, or any available payment option.
- If spare parts are required, the technician will inform you in advance. No part will be installed without your approval.
- If no service is taken, a visiting charge of ₹250 is applicable.
3. Service Guarantee & Spare Parts Warranty
- All repair services come with a 6-month service guarantee.
- If the same issue appears within the guarantee period, re-service will be provided free of cost.
- Spare parts come with a warranty as per the manufacturer’s policy.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by power fluctuations, misuse, physical damage, or repair done by another technician.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide correct contact details and address while booking a service.
- Customers should ensure safe access for the technician to check and repair the appliance.
- Any work requested beyond the initial service scope may result in extra charges.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Service can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- No refund will be issued once a service has been completed.
- If the technician cannot provide service due to unforeseen reasons, we may reschedule or provide a refund at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
- SR Tech Solution is not responsible for indirect, accidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not cover damages caused after service due to power issues, improper use, or third-party tampering.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the service charges paid by the customer.
7. Privacy Policy
Your data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to the terms mentioned in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The newest version will always be available on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
